Blogspot highlighted his "Reading While Falling" blog as a blog of note. And it's nothing short of CAPTIVATING. Very well-written, heartfelt, philosophical, down to earth. His experiences are pretty amazing too.

T was an American in Beirut who was supposed to fly out of Beirut to Amman, Jordan at 12noon on 12 July. The day of the start of the hostilities and when they bombed the runways of the airport. The start of his blog read:

Life happens when you're making other plans.
This morning, Israel bombed my runway.

This photojournalist was actually evacuated from Beirut but he felt "compelled" and came back after arriving in Cyprus. Now he's doing relief work in Beirut, in addition to doing his freelance work.
