Bagan, Myanmar

Bagan in Myanmar is the land of a thousand Buddhist temples, a place I'd love to visit someday. It seems like everywhere you turn, you see temples. Wonderful! I'd also love to visit the Ayerwaddy River, Inle Lake and of course, Rangoon (now Yangon) -- all the places and palaces we learnt about in secondary school history.

BTW, these hot air balloon rides over Bagan don't come cheap. US$250 a pop. EEEKS!
